Pretty Little Flower Garland

This gorgeous creation has joined our yarn bombing project from afar, Singapore no less, it has been sent from Pretty Little Things in a Box. This is a multi national exhibition that conveys so much thought, kindness and goodwill from all our blogging friends, we cannot thank you all enough.

Flower Garland 1

Each flower has a little pearl in the centre and all the way along the garland are cute little picot leaves. I will have a hard time giving this beauty up, I might even put a bid in to buy it myself.

Have I told you about that?

We are putting all the displays out and our visitors will be able to put in a bid to purchase any of the items then at the end of the week we will contact the highest bidders to collect and pay for their pieces and the money raised will be added to the charity pot.

Flower Garland 2

I love all the bright colours, it makes me so happy just to look at it.

This is the first time we have done this but if it goes well who knows, we may do it again. We are creating a Fantasy Garden with crochet and knitted items. There will be five themes Wildlife, Seaside, Fairy Grotto, Safari and Flower Garden. We are also collecting bunting to give it all a really festive feel. We are happy to receive anything that fits in with the above themes that you may be able to contribute. There are a couple of earlier posts that have a couple of pattern links on if that helps. Thank you so much for enquiring, if you need anything more please let me know my email address is thegrangerange@hotmail.com

Gorgeous! Love the centers. Thinking of making leaves and mine into a garland too. We will see how much time I have. 🙂

We have asked for things by the first week in August so we have a reasonable amount of time to work out where everything will go and how to attach it. Hope that will be ok for you, I realise how busy you are and am so sorry to hear about your Mum.

I think an auction is wonderful! What a great way to raise money and connect with people from all over the world.

Thanks, it is as much about the enjoyment we have had in doing it and the patients get from viewing it as it is about the money we raise from it.

Pretty pretty pretty. And those pearl-like beads in the centre are just perfect.
